Processing Time

We will review and process valid DMCA takedown notices as quickly as possible, typically within 48–72 hours of receipt. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following:

  1. Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email address
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the applicable court
  5. Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
