Playback Issues

Video won’t play

If you’re experiencing playback issues, try these steps in order:

  1. Switch servers — Use the server buttons below the video player to try a different source. Some servers may work better in your region.
  2. Clear browser cache — Go to your browser settings and clear cached data, then refresh the page.
  3. Disable extensions — Ad-blockers and privacy extensions can interfere with video playback. Try disabling them temporarily.
  4. Update your browser — Make sure you’re using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari.
  5. Try incognito mode — Open the page in a private/incognito window to rule out extension conflicts.

Audio out of sync

If the audio doesn’t match the video, try refreshing the page or switching to a different server. This issue is usually server-specific and resolves with a different source.

Subtitles not showing

Make sure you’ve selected the correct subtitle option in the player controls. If subtitles are still missing, the episode may only be available in RAW (no subtitles) format temporarily. Subbed versions are usually added shortly after.

Website Issues

Pages not loading

If pages aren’t loading properly:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Try clearing your DNS cache (open Command Prompt/Terminal and run ipconfig /flushdns on Windows or sudo dscacheutil -flushcache on Mac)
  • Try accessing the site from a different network
  • Check if your ISP may be blocking the site

Search not working

If the search function returns no results or incorrect results, try using shorter or simpler search terms. Use the A-Z List as an alternative way to browse all titles.

Account Issues

Can’t log in

If you’re unable to log in, try resetting your password using the “Forgot Password” link. Make sure you’re using the correct email address associated with your account. If issues persist, contact us for assistance.

Bookmarks disappeared

Bookmarks are tied to your account. Make sure you’re logged into the correct account. If you were using the site without an account, bookmarks may have been stored in your browser and could be lost after clearing cookies.

Reporting Problems

Broken or wrong episode

If an episode is broken, plays the wrong content, or has quality issues, please report it using the report button on the episode page. Include details about the server you were using and the specific issue.

Missing content

If you notice a missing anime or episode, submit a request on our Request Content page. Our team regularly reviews and fulfills requests.
